Service Description

This five-week course is designed for complete beginners as well as anyone who would like to revisit and reconnect with the foundations of yoga. Together, we’ll explore fundamental postures, learning how to move safely and with awareness, while building confidence and strength at your own pace. Alongside the physical practice, you’ll be introduced to the essentials of breathwork (pranayama) and simple meditation techniques, giving you tools to support calm, focus, and wellbeing both on and off the mat. Classes are kept supportive and welcoming, so whether you’re brand new or simply returning after a break, you’ll feel at ease. By the end of the course, you’ll have a grounding in yoga that can help you step into other classes — or simply enjoy a practice of your own at home.Start the year feeling great in body and mind.
