It’s been a long old year… so let’s squeeze in one more gorgeous practice before Christmas! 🎄✨ Join me for a festive-themed flow celebrating the joy of movement, breath and a little mindful magic. We’ll wrap up with a special Christmas Yoga Nidra — the perfect way to soften, settle and gently close out the year. And because it’s Christmas… the studio is ours for an extra 30 minutes! Stay for homemade mince pies, mulled (non-alcoholic) wine and a cosy little chat. Come move, rest and celebrate — you deserve it. ❤️
