In the peaceful setting of The Green Door Centre in Bosham, we stretch, breathe, imagine, and play our way through mindful adventures that nurture body and mind. Perfect for children aged 6 to 11, this playful and peaceful space encourages confidence, calm, connection—and lots of fun! Please get in touch if you have a child outside of this age group as its a new class and I may be able to accommodate.
