There is something a little bit magical about moving as the world is just waking up… 🌅 I'll be launching a Sunrise Practice Taster Class to Emsworth Community Centre on Monday 13th April, 7.30–8.15am, with a view to making this a weekly ritual if you love it as much as I do. This will be a gentle but energising flow to help you: ✨ Move with intention ✨ Clear the mental cobwebs ✨ Set the tone for the week ahead ✨ Actually feel awake on a Monday (yes, really!) Early morning practice is hands down my favourite way to start the day, there’s a quiet focus at that time that just hits differently.
