This five-week course is designed for beginners and anyone looking to reconnect with the foundations of yoga. You'll be guided through fundamental postures, breathwork, and simple meditation practices in a supportive, welcoming environment. Each week builds progressively, helping you develop confidence, strength, flexibility, and a deeper awareness of body and mind. Whether you're new to yoga or returning after a break, this course will provide you with the tools to build a safe, sustainable, and enriching practice. Week 1: The Importance of breath & body Awareness Week 2: Exploring Asanas (common yoga postures and how to explore them safely) Week 3: What is a Vinyasa? Connecting movement and breath Week 4: Exploring the arc of a yoga practice Week 5: Flow into Meditation – The Art of Slowing Down
