ABOUT ME

My name is Miztli Rose and I am a British-Mexican yoga teacher based in Hampshire. I first started practicing yoga whilst training as an actor at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Yoga taught me to connect movement with breath, and provided me with the tools to strengthen, challenge and reset my mind, body and spirit. After practicing regularly for five years, I decided to undertake my 200-hour teacher training in 2020 with HotPod Yoga Studio. I have since completed further training in Yin, Pregnancy Yoga, Kids yoga and Mandala Vinyasa. I teach in studios across London, Hampshire and online. My classes are fun, inclusive, and suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
