Flow to Restore | A Candlelit Friday Evening Practice
Flow to Restore | A Candlelit Friday Evening Practice
Ease into your weekend with a gorgeous evening of movement, stillness and relaxation at WOW Clinic.
Service Description
Ease into your weekend with a gorgeous evening of movement, stillness and relaxation at WOW Clinic. We'll begin with a gentle, breath-led Vinyasa flow, allowing you to stretch, strengthen and release the tensions of the week. As the pace slows, we'll transition into nourishing restorative postures, supported by props and the soft glow of candlelight. This practice is designed to help you shift from the busyness of doing into the pleasure of simply being. Why is it good for you? Combining flowing movement with restorative stillness gives us the best of both worlds. The Vinyasa element encourages mobility, circulation and a connection between breath and body, while the restorative postures offer an opportunity to settle the nervous system, release muscular tension and encourage deep relaxation. Think of it as a lovely little reset button for your body and mind. Suitable for all levels, with plenty of options to make the practice your own. Come as you are, leave a little lighter.
