Service Description
Come and let go of the year with grace and gratitude as we take our final Rest and Reset session of the year. Expect gentle yoga, breathwork and a guided relaxation where we let go of the year that has been. This session will be slightly long at 90 minutes to include time for Mulled Apple Juice (or tea) and mince pies!
