Then why not book in a relaxing yoga and meditation session.  I have facilitated group yoga classes for companies including City Girl London, Hackney City Farm, and Geanie Ai. Classes can be delivered in your office, via zoom or a space can be sourced for your team at an additional fee.  Prices start from £100 p/h plus travel.
